Yes — we specialize in Concept2 RowErgs, SkiErgs, and BikeErgs. Focusing on one brand allows us to know the equipment inside and out.

Do I need Concept2’s permission to use your service?

No. We are an independent service provider, not affiliated with Concept2. You do not need manufacturer approval to maintain your equipment. Working on getting certified with Concept2

What’s included in a one-time cleaning?

Cleaning includes rail wipe-down, dust removal, chain oiling, lubrication, and a safety inspection..

How does monthly maintenance save me money?

One-time cleanings are $50 per erg, while monthly plans average $35–40 per erg. Gyms get better pricing per machine and benefit from preventative maintenance, reducing breakdowns and costly repairs.

Do you charge for parts?

Yes, replacement parts (chains, rollers, cords, monitors, etc.) are billed separately from labor. We only recommend replacements when necessary.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, gyms with 10 or more ergs get reduced pricing on monthly maintenance.

Yes. While most of our clients are gyms, we also service individuals who own a RowErg, SkiErg, or BikeErg.
